Our organisational and solidarity structure is subsidiary in design, meaning any outlays or administrative issues that can be addressed on a given level are addressed on that level rather than a higher one. Support is provided from the next higher organisational level for outlays or issues unable to be addressed on a given level.

Within the overarching ARTABANA Deutschland Solidargemeinschaft e. V. organisation, mutual financial support is provided on the following levels:

1. Within legally independent local ARTABANA chapters (5 – 30 members usually meeting monthly).
2. In regional alliances between multiple local ARTABANA chapters, formed to provide mutual financial support when one chapter cannot sufficiently fund outlays.
3. Financial assistance is provided from the Solidarity Fund of the overarching organisation ARTABANA Deutschland Solidargemeinschaft e. V. when local and regional assistance capacity has been exhausted.
4. Additional security is provided through broader national and international solidarity covenants within the ARTABANA movement.

The subsidiary design of our mutual solidarity structure allows voluntary management on all levels of the ARTABANA Solidarity Society.
